In an earnings call the following day, the Company stated that although BellRing had secured new inventory space with a large club retailer, “several other competitors gained . . .space as well. So we’re assuming this increases some competitive pressure in club[.]” On this news, the price of the Company’s stock again dropped precipitously on unusually heavy trading volume.
