The Law Offices of Howard G. Smith is investigating whether members of the Board of Directors of View, Inc. (NASDAQ: VIEW) breached their fiduciary duty to the Company by failing to put in place sufficient financial controls to prevent accounting errors which resulted in the Company failing to properly account for its warranty accruals.

On August 16, 2021, after the market closed, View announced that it “began an independent investigation concerning the adequacy of the company’s previously disclosed warranty accrual.”

The Law Offices of Howard G. Smith believes that by failing to put into place sufficient financial controls, members of the Company's Board of Directors caused the Company harm.

The Law Offices of Howard G. Smith believes that certain members of the Company's Board of Directors acted unfairly towards the Company and seeks to obtain a court order preventing the offending Directors from acting inappropriately in the future.
